Formerly known as the Aerospace Crew Research Project, this University of Texas site included in its research focus, teams in environments other than flightdecks. The project investigated factors that determine performance and safety, for example, Crew Resource Management (CRM). Although the Project is no longer active, this site gives an overview of their research and the full-text of many of the resultant papers.
