New Databases: DTIC and NTRS
DTIC (Defense Technical Information Center) Online provides access to publicly accessible information sources, including report citations and many full-text technical reports. It serves the Department of Defense community as the largest central resource for DoD and government-funded scientific, technical, engineering, and business-related information available today. The scope of DTIC's scientific and technical (S&T) collection covers defense research, including biological and medical science, environmental pollution and control, and behavioral and social science. The collection also contains DoD directives and instructions, budget information, conference and symposia proceedings, and patents and patent applications.

The NASA Technical Reports Server (NTRS) offers full-text access to NASA-created and funded materials, including NACA documents, images, journal articles, photos, meeting papers, patents, and technical videos. This database includes approximately 500,000 aerospace-related citations, 90,000 full-text online documents, and 111,000 images and videos.
