Q: How are ILL articles delivered to Worldwide patrons?
A: Most articles arrive through electronic transmissions which allow us to post them to the Web using software called RelaisExpress Plus. You will get an email from eraulibrary@relaisill.com with the subject line Documents from Hunt Library. Direct links to your requested documents are included in this email.
