Q: What hardware/software is needed to access documents posted through Web Document Delivery?
A: To take advantage of WDD, patrons need a computer with Internet access. In addition, the following software is necessary to access the documents: MAC Users - These files are not compatible with the MAC Safari browser. Please install the Firefox browser and Adobe Reader on your computer before attempting to open the files. PC Users - Please be sure your computer has Internet Explorer 6 or higher OR Firefox installed as your browser AND Adobe Reader installed before attempting to open these files.
