Q: How long does it take to receive items I have requested?
A: We ship all items to locations within the continental United States using UPS Ground shipping, and shipments can take one (1) to six (6) business days, depending on the location. Items are sent to Hawaii and Alaska using Federal Express 2nd day shipping, and shipments take approximately two business days. Items are sent to international locations using the Postal Service, and mailing time varies depending on location. If we are scanning a table of contents or other item for you, please allow two (2) business days for this process.
