Q: How do I request media materials?
A: Videos/DVDs can be requested through Voyager by following the steps outlined in the Online Instructions. You can also submit media requests via email, web form, or fax (386-226-7040). Each time you borrow media titles you will need to provide us with all of the following information: " Your name " Your Campus " Your status (faculty, staff, or student) " Contact information " Title of the video/DVD " Call number of the item " Date by which the items are needed Your request will be acknowledged via email within 1-2 business days. Once we have verified you are associated with the campus you have specified in your request, the items will be shipped to that campus.
