Answers

  1. Does the library have software available for check out?

    Yes. The library has a variety of software titles available for checkout. A list of software is posted at the Circulation Desk as well as information on each program to help you determine which program you need. Due to our licensing agreements, only Daytona Beach staff, faculty, and currently enrolled students may check out IT software. Worldwide students, or any other student designation who does not pay the technology fee, may not check out the IT software. [Back to Top]

  2. Does the library offer any citation software such as RefWorks, EndNote, or ProCite?

    Yes, the library offers RefWorks to all students, faculty, and staff. RefWorks is designed to help researchers gather, manage, and store research information, as well as generate citations and bibliographies. You can find RefWorks on the library's database page which is available through ERNIE (ERNIE > Admin Services module > Library Databases). [Back to Top]

  3. How long may I keep software?

    Software checked out from the library is due back by the closing time of the next day the library is open. [Back to Top]

  4. How many software titles may I check out at one time?

    Two software titles may be checked out at one time. [Back to Top]

    Due to the high demand, software may not be renewed. [Back to Top]
