Can the library help me locate the information I need to write my paper?
Students can contact Ask a Librarian for assistance in locating books, articles, technical reports, and other useful materials. We can provide these documents to you at no cost. You can access the Hunt Library web pages by using the following directions:

Once on the Hunt Library page, you have the option of finding books, articles (both online and in print) or exploring other services and online items that we offer to our students. The Online Instructions for our catalog and our databases explain how to search and request items from the library.

How do I search for videos?
In Voyager, select Basic Search and type in a subject or title. On the next line, type in video? (be sure to include the question mark). This will give you a list of videos by subject or determine if we have a particular title on video. You may also browse videos by their Subject Headings. [Back to Top]
Can I make photocopies in the library?
The library has copy machines available for your use. Daytona Beach Campus students may photocopy material or scan to email. Black & white copies are $.10 per copy unless you pay via your Eagle Card. Eagle Card copies are $.05 per copy. Color copies are always $.50 per copy. Scanning to email is free of charge.

How can I get a list of all videos in the library?
You can get a complete list of videos through Voyager, Hunt Library's online catalog. Select Basic Search, then type in video? and click on the Search button. You may then sort by title, or publication date.

How do I locate my colleague number?
If you have a grade report, your Colleague ID should be available there. I'm trying to download citations from ProQuest to RefWorks, but RefWorks won't let me log in because it needs a Group Code. Do I really need a Group Code?
No, a Group Code is not necessary for accessing the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's subscription to Refworks. However, you must log in to RefWorks through the Database page (ERNIE > Admin Services module > Library Databases) before downloading into ProQuest. [Back to Top]
I'm trying to use Write-N-Cite to include RefWorks citations in my paper, but it's asking for a Group Code or just not working. What should I do?
First, make sure that you have downloaded and installed the Write-N-Cite application properly. Instructions and the download link are available at http://www.refworks.com/refworks/help/using_write-n-cite.htm.
After the application is installed, you will need to add the following url to the Write-N-Cite configuration utility: http://ezproxy.libproxy.db.erau.edu/login?url=http://www.refworks.com/Refworks/?WNC=true
Write-N-Cite may prompt you to authenticate using your ERNIE log in name and password. [Back to Top]

For Worldwide students, reference services are available from 8am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. To receive reference assistance, students may send an email to library@erau.edu or call 800-678-9428 (United States) or 386-226-7656 (International). Voicemail is available at night and on weekends.

Who can use the public computers near the Reference area?
All but fifteen of the public computers in the library are available to all of our library patrons, whether or not they are affiliated with ERAU. These computers are set up for searching the Internet only. Fifteen additional computers are available only to patrons with an ERAU network login.
